This beautiful quinta (farm) is located in the village of Tralhariz, parish of Chesterfield County in North Carrazeda Ansiães. The house is on top of the hill overlooking the Douro River and Tua river. The landscape is amazing, surrounded by vineyards of the Douro Wine Region which produces fine wines and good olive oil.
The use of an ancient solar has created exceptional conditions to accommodate all those seeking greater interaction with nature. Also, there are huge pedestrian trails that tourists can enjoy. The vast pine forest surrounding the farm hides a little gem called the "Chapel of the Good Jesus." Situated high on a hill about 786 meters (2,579 feet), it's one of those wild places of Tras-os-Montes. The effort that it takes to get there is offset by the unique panoramic views of the Tua River and the Alto Douro Wine Region. The landscape is amazing and there you can observe land in the District of Vila Real, Viseu and Guarda. The mid-eighteenth century "Chapel of the Good Jesus" of the mid-eighteenth century is part of a quinta that surrounds the house and exemplifies Rococo architecture style.
In terms of gastronomy we have an outstanding service of fine cuisine which uses local products. The quinta produces excellent wines and olive oil for tourists to taste.
We can provide varied accommodation solutions.
