The cuisine at Vindouro restaurant is essentially from the region yet with a touch of innovation. We highlight regional products, like olive oil of Tras-os-Montes, Bisaro pork, sausages, mushrooms, cheese, honey, and more.

In the private room named Teatro Conceição Ribeiro people can share pleasure around the table over conversations, a glass of wine, or a cigar. The table is long and the seats comfortable.
Some people prefer to eat breakfast in the room where smoking is permitted.
This space, with capacity for 16 people, can still be reserved exclusively for group dinners or business meetings.
With inspiration from the Douro prescription, the menu is seasonal, with emphasis on local produce. There is an executive menu for lunch, with an average price of 12 euros (main course, starter or dessert and wine by the glass), dinner with à la carte service, with an average price of 25 euros (starter, main course, dessert and wine glass). You can also choose the tasting menu with six courses (30 euros and with wine tasting 45 euros).
The kitchen also has a wood-burning oven, in memory of a community oven that used to be here. It is used for confection and its use requires 48 hours in advance notice and a minimum of six people. We make prized specialties such as roasted lamb, oven rice, and roast potatoes.
